Clients may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchasing a service. After this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current period.
Orders for custom services, digital solutions, or personalized work cannot be canceled once production or work has begun.
